We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Marketing Executive to drive business growth across Tamil Nadu, Kerala & Pondicherry for our Plastic Film Capacitors business. If you have experience in electronic components sales and enjoy developing new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement region-specific sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Develop current business and strengthen existing customer relationships across industries including:
- Railways
- Electric Vehicles (EV)
- Renewable Energy (Wind & Solar)
- Power Electronics
- Motor Drives
- Appliances
- Energy Meters
- EMS
- Fans, Fan Regulators & BLDC Applications
- Achieve regional sales targets through direct OEMs and distributor networks.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
- Provide market intelligence and pricing feedback to support business strategy.




- Ensure timely collection of customer payments.
- Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing events.
- Collaborate with the R&D; team by sharing customer requirements, product customization needs, and market trends.
- Provide market feedback to support new product development, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- 3–4 years of experience in Sales/Marketing within the Electronic Components Industry (Manufacturer or Distributor).
- Experience handling customers in industries such as Railways, Automotive, Renewable Energy, Appliances, Power Electronics, Energy Meters, UPS/Inverters, or related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Good command of English.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
