Marketing Executive – Content Creator (Food)

We're hiring a hands-on Marketing Executive for our food brand who is just as comfortable planning a campaign as they are picking up a phone or camera and shooting a reel. You'll drive day-to-day marketing activities while owning short-form video content, from concept to shoot to a rough edit, that captures the personality of the brand and connects with food-loving audiences on Instagram and beyond. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and coordinate Instagram/YouTube reels and short-form video content in office (kitchen, store, or event locations)
- Own the content calendar for the brand's social channels, balancing planned campaigns with real-time, trend-led content
- Write captions, hooks, and scripts that fit food and lifestyle content trends
- Coordinate with the design/editing team (or edit basic reels independently) to get content published on schedule
- Support offline and online marketing activities: promotions, collaborations, local events, and influencer coordination




- Track content performance (views, engagement, saves) and adjust the content approach based on what's working
- Represent the brand on camera when needed and coordinate with staff/vendors for shoot logistics

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation, ideally for a food, F&B;, or lifestyle brand
- Genuinely comfortable being on camera and shooting content in real, sometimes unscripted environments
- A valuable eye for what makes food content scroll-stopping: lighting, framing, pacing, trends
- Working knowledge of Instagram Reels, basic mobile shooting, and editing apps (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills to juggle shoots, content calendars, and day-to-day marketing tasks
- Willingness to travel locally to outlets/kitchens for shoots as needed Nice to Have
- An existing portfolio or reel showreel you can share
- Basic photography or videography training
- Experience running influencer or local collaboration outreach
