Role Description The Marketing Executive – Boiler & Power Plant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies for boiler and power plant solutions, including lead generation, promotional campaigns, and brand positioning in target industrial markets.

Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, preparing marketing materials and presentations,



and supporting the sales team with technical and commercial inputs.

The Marketing

Executive will maintain regular communication with prospects and existing customers, coordinate participation in trade shows and industry events, and track marketing performance metrics. Collaboration with engineering, sales, and service teams is essential to ensure that marketing initiatives accurately reflect product capabilities and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and execute Market Planning and Marketing strategies for boiler and power plant solutions.
- Solid Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with clients, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Sales and Marketing skills to drive lead generation, conversion, and customer relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; technical understanding of boilers/power plants is an advantage.
- Experience in industrial or engineering sector marketing, preferably in boilers, power plants, or heavy engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; ability to prepare reports, presentations, and marketing content.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as required.
