Role Description The Marketing Executive – Boiler and Power Plant is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies for boiler and power plant products and services, with a focus on lead generation and brand positioning in relevant industrial sectors.





Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying potential customers and new business opportunities, and supporting sales activities through presentations, proposals, and customer visits.

The Marketing

Executive will collaborate with technical and sales teams to prepare marketing materials, coordinate participation in industry events, and maintain accurate records of marketing campaigns and customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.
- Strong Communication skills to engage with clients, prepare presentations, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing within industrial, engineering, or energy sectors is preferred.
- Knowledge of boiler and power plant systems or related heavy engineering products is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work on-site, travel to client locations as needed, and build long-term professional relationships.
