Role Description The Marketing Executive – Boiler & Power Plant role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities for boiler and power plant solutions, including prospecting new clients, nurturing existing customer relationships, and supporting end-to-end sales cycles.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and executing marketing plans, coordinating with technical and sales teams to develop proposals, and presenting product and service offerings to industrial and commercial clients.

The Marketing

Executive will participate in industry events,



manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities, track market trends and competitor activities, and provide regular reporting on pipeline, leads, and conversions. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure accurate communication of technical capabilities to customers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective strategies for boiler and power plant solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the power and energy sector.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, prepare presentations, and coordinate with internal technical and sales teams.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Marketing skills to generate leads, manage pipelines, and convert opportunities into sustainable business.
- Relevant experience in industrial or engineering sectors, ideally in boilers, power plants, or heavy engineering, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into clear value propositions for customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, strong organizational skills, and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
