Job Responsibilities

- Defining project goals, scope, and deliverables, and creating a project plan.

- Coordinate with teams, Management, and external vendors as needed.

- Monitor progress and report on milestones and deliverables.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project.

- Perform research, analysis, reporting, and documentation as needed for projects.

- Regularly communicate with all stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and engaged.

- Ensure that projects are delivered within the approved timelines and that quality standards are met.

- Manage data for running various marketing campaigns for the Retail Call Center.

Skills Needed

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Prior experience in project management is preferred but not mandatory

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities

- Should be proficient in MS Office
