We're looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead strategic marketing initiatives and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing professional with extensive experience in demand generation. Excels in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, optimize customer acquisition, and enhance brand visibility.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies to increase sales pipeline, improve lead quality, and maximize ROI
- Ability to identify and segment target audiences based on factors such as industry verticals, company size, job roles, and pain points.
- Ability to develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies, including inbound marketing, outbound campaigns, social media marketing, and events.
- Experience with lead generation tactics such as content syndication, PPC advertising, and social media advertising.




- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) to automate lead generation, nurturing, scoring, and tracking activities. Competence in setting up workflows, email campaigns, and landing pages to streamline marketing processes.
- Skills in using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to track website traffic, conversions, and other KPIs.

Preferred Skills

- Robust expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and marketing analytics.
- Experience managing campaigns for North America, UK, or European markets is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

Qualification

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a reputed institution.
