Position : Business Development Executive – Hot Runner Systems

Experience : 3-5 years in Hot Runner or Mould Assembly

Qualification : NTTF / GTTC Certified Tool Maker

At IG Mould Technologies , we’ve been crafting world-class Hot Runner Systems for plastic injection moulds since 2014, right from the heart of Bangalore. As we expand across India, we’re looking for a self-driven and technically sound professional to join our growing team!

Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic professional who thrives at the intersection of technical expertise and strategic marketing . As a Business Development Executive, your primary focus will be to identify new market opportunities , generate quality leads, and build awareness for our Hot Runner Systems across India. You'll act as a key player in expanding our reach, driving conversions, and translating complex tech into real business value.

This is the perfect role for someone with a background in mould/tool assembly and a strong knack for marketing and client engagement .

Key Responsibilities:-

- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for Hot Runner Technology products and Cold to Hot Runner Conversion services across India.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Provide technical support and insights to clients regarding Hot Runner Systems.
- Collaborate with the Design and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately understood and fulfilled.

What We're Looking For:- To thrive in this role, you should bring a strong technical foundation, paired with a passion for client engagement and market growth:

- Certification in Tool & Die / Mould Making from NTTF or GTTC (or a related program)
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mould or Hot Runner assembly/service
- Solid understanding of Hot Runner Systems — both technically and practically
- Keen interest in marketing , lead generation, and business development
- Excellent communication and people skills to engage with clients and teams
- A self-starter mindset — proactive, independent, and driven to deliver results
