Position

Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor- Economics/ Finance & Accounts

Qualification

- Masters Degree with good academic record
- Ph.D. preferred/required as per position and applicable norms
- NET/SET/Ph.D. as per applicable regulations

Experience

- Teaching experience preferred
- Industry and research experience desirable
- Publications, research, and academic contributions preferred for Associate Professor and Professor positions

Roles & Responsibilities

- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in the subject matter.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and academic content
- Guide students in projects, internships, research, and academic activities
- Maintain academic records and ensure discipline and academic quality




- Participate in curriculum development, seminars, workshops, conferences, and institutional activities
- Support research, publications, accreditation, and institutional development initiatives
- Mentor students for career growth and professional development

Skills Required

- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong subject knowledge in the subject matter.
- Ability to mentor students and contribute to academic development
- Teamwork, coordination, and qualified work ethics
