Location: Mylapore

Work time: 9AM to 6PM

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Rotational Week off

- Generate Leads: Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and interest in real estate properties.
- Schedule Appointments: Set up appointments for real estate agents to meet with potential clients.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
- Manage Database: Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads and client information.
- Follow Up: Confirm ongoing interest by following up on leads and confirming appointments.
- Experience: Proven experience in telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid organizational abilities, and proficiency in using CRM software
