Job Title: Revenue Leakage Monitoring Executive (CCTV)

Location: Airport (T1/T2 Terminal)Andheri
Department: Loss Prevention / Retail Operations / Surveillance

Role & Purpose

To monitor retail and F&B; outlets at the airport through CCTV systems to identify, prevent, and report revenue leakage, ensuring all transactions are properly billed and business losses are minimized.

Key Responsibilities

CCTV Monitoring & Revenue Protection

- Monitor live CCTV feeds of retail and F&B; outlets across airport premises
- Identify instances of non-billing, under-billing, or unauthorized transactions
- Track suspicious activities such as free item distribution, pilferage, or misuse by staff
- Ensure all customer transactions are properly recorded in POS systems

Transaction Verification

- Cross-check CCTV footage with POS billing data
- Identify cash handling discrepancies and report mismatches
- Detect unauthorized discounts, cancellations, or fake refunds
- Monitor high-risk areas like cash counters and billing points

Incident Identification & Reporting

- Prepare and share daily revenue leakage reports
- Highlight suspicious transactions and provide video evidence
- Maintain logs of incidents, observations, and escalations
- Support internal audits and investigations





Coordination & Escalation

- Coordinate with outlet managers, finance, and audit teams
- Escalate critical issues to Loss Prevention / Security team immediately
- Assist in resolving disputes related to billing or customer complaints

System Handling

- Operate CCTV systems, VMS software, and recording tools
- Retrieve and share footage as required for audits or investigations
- Report camera downtime or technical issues

Compliance & Confidentiality

- Ensure adherence to airport security norms and SOPs
- Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance and financial data
- Follow audit and compliance requirements

Skills & Competencies

- Solid observation and analytical skills
- Knowledge of retail billing/POS systems
- Attention to detail in identifying discrepancies
- Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting)
- Good communication and reporting ability
- Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate Only
- 1 to 4 years of experience in CCTV monitoring / retail audit / loss prevention
- Experience in airport, retail outlets, malls, or QSR chains preferred

Knowledge of revenue leakage control / shrinkage / audit is an advantage
