Iconic Studios The Movie & Events Hub is looking for an energetic, responsible and proactive Marketing & Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the studio while actively contributing to its marketing and business growth.

The role involves studio operations, client handling, marketing, lead follow-ups, bookings and coordination. We are looking for someone who can take responsibility, communicate confidently with clients and contribute towards growing the Iconic Studios brand.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Client Coordination

- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day workflow of the studio.
- Handle client enquiries, studio visits, bookings and follow-ups.
- Coordinate requirements for movie & TV shoots, dance and fight rehearsals, auditions, workshops, corporate events and other bookings.
- Maintain booking schedules, client information and basic operational records.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, front-desk and support staff to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Ensure the studio is prepared and operational for scheduled activities.

Marketing & Business Development

- Market and promote Iconic Studios to potential clients.
- Reach out to production houses, choreographers, event companies, corporate clients, dance groups and other potential customers.
- Generate leads and consistently follow up on enquiries to convert them into bookings.




- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Assist with social media, digital marketing, promotional content and brand-building activities.
- Identify potential collaborations and new business opportunities.

Skills Required

- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of marketing and business development.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Office.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively for marketing, content, research, communication and productivity.
- Understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Good organisational, coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, responsible and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced studio/events environment.
- English, Telugu and Hindi communication skills are preferred.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience is required.
- Candidates with experience in marketing, operations, client servicing, business development, events, media or entertainment will be preferred.
- Candidates should have practical experience in client communication, coordination, lead generation/follow-ups or marketing activities.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
