Are you someone who loves telling a brand's story, shaping how it shows up in the world, and turning content into conversations? We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Digital Branding Executive (Intern) to help us build GTP's brand presence and marketing engine across global markets.

? What You'll Do

Digital Branding & Content • Build and maintain GTP's brand identity across LinkedIn, website, and marketing collateral • Create engaging content — posts, articles, case studies, and visuals — that reflects our IT services, products, and staffing offerings • Support employer branding and thought-leadership content for leadership

Campaign & Growth Marketing • Plan and execute digital campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels to support demand generation • Support SEO, website content updates, and landing page creation • Track campaign performance and report on engagement, reach, and lead metrics

Marketing & Sales Alignment • Partner closely with the business development team to align messaging with outbound sales efforts • Support the creation of pitch decks, one-pagers, and client-facing marketing materials • Help position GTP's IT Services (Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Cybersecurity), products, and staffing solutions clearly and consistently

Market & Competitive Research • Track industry trends, competitor positioning, and market opportunities across US, UK, MEA & APAC • Support market research to sharpen messaging and campaign targeting





Reporting & Tools • Maintain marketing calendars and content trackers • Use CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot / Zoho / Canva / LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to manage and measure output

✅ What We're Looking For

- 0–1 years of experience in marketing, digital branding, or content
- Strong writing and visual communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta ads, Google Ads, email, SEO)
- Basic understanding of digital media platforms and tools (Instagram, X(formerly Twitter), Facebook)
- Genuine willingness to create, experiment, and iterate. Note: this role is building, not just posting

? Qualifications

- Skills in Market Planning and Marketing to support campaign design and brand initiatives
- Skills in Market Research to gather insights, analyse trends, and inform strategic decisions
- Strong Communication skills to create clear messaging, collaborate with teams, and engage stakeholders
- Foundational Sales and Marketing skills to assist in lead generation and promotional activities
- Relevant coursework or a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with digital marketing tools or social media platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Chennai, demonstrate initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

? Nice to Have

- Exposure to B2B/global markets
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma) or CRM/marketing platforms
- Understanding of IT domains
