About the Role

We are looking for a agile professional with experience in Market Intelligence, Sales Analytics, GTM Execution, and Retail Performance Management to support business growth through actionable market insights and field intelligence.

The role requires a strong understanding of consumer durable retail, channel operations, competitor tracking, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze outlet-level sell-out data to improve in-house share and retail performance.
- Track competitor activities including pricing, new product launches, promotional schemes, financing offers, and channel strategies.
- Conduct regular market visits to audit retail execution, display share, promoter effectiveness, and collect market feedback.
- Work closely with regional sales teams to translate market insights into effective Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Analyze sales performance, inventory movement, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Validate internal business data with market intelligence and external industry reports to generate actionable recommendations.




- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for business reviews and management decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain to drive business initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate is mandatory; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Sales Planning, Product Strategy, Trade Marketing, Channel Management, or Business Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Advanced Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics tools is preferred.
- Experience in GTM planning, sales analytics, inventory planning, retail audits, and competitor benchmarking.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for market visits.

Preferred Industry Candidates from the Consumer Durables, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, or Mobile Devices industry will be preferred.
