Sales Specialist - Adhesives

Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Sales Specialist - SABA to drive business growth and market development for our adhesive solutions in the furniture and mattress industries. The role requires a deep understanding of product applications, customer education, competitive positioning, and value-based selling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building customer relationships, creating new business opportunities, demonstrating product advantages over substitute solutions, and developing compelling market narratives that support adoption and growth.

This role involves significant domestic and international travel and is ideal for an individual who enjoys customer engagement, technical selling, and market-building activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's adhesive products, applications, and value proposition.
- Educate customers on product performance, application techniques, efficiency benefits, and commercial advantages.
- Build and maintain a robust customer pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market development initiatives.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the furniture and mattress manufacturing sectors.
- Position products effectively against substitute technologies and competing solutions by demonstrating performance, operational, and commercial benefits.
- Present compelling use cases and application success stories to customers.
- Drive discussions around cost competitiveness, productivity improvements, and total cost of ownership.
- Develop strong product and brand storytelling that resonates with customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure effective customer support and business development.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer requirements,



pricing trends, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- Travel extensively across domestic and international markets to support business expansion.

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical sales.
- Strong ability to educate customers and communicate technical product benefits.
- Experience in developing new markets and building long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Commercially astute with a solution-oriented selling approach.
- Comfortable with extensive domestic and international travel.

Educational Qualifications
