Job Title:- Asstt. Manager/Dy. Manager-Sales & Marketing (East regions)

Job Responsibilities:-

- Drive sales growth across the East region
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Prepare sales forecasts, quotations, and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Generate new business and handle existing customers across domestic markets.
- Travel to customer locations and exhibitions to generate new business.
- Interaction with customers regarding enquiries, orders, feedback, complaints, delivery, service and payment.




- Prepare and present reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly targets and achievements;
- Development of new agents
- * Experience in the Packaging Machinery or Industrial Machinery industry is highly preferred
- * Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and key account management
- * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- * Willingness to travel across the East region
- Essential Skills & Competencies
- Valuable communication skills; fluency in spoken & written English;
- Experience in selling capital equipment and/or machinery.
- Project based selling experience will be an advantage.

Selling capital equipment to FMCG companies
- Qualification

Qualification:- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Regular) from renowned institute.
- Experience

5 to 10 years of relevant experience in capital equipment industry.
- Compensation:- Commensurate with qualification, experience, and background.
