- Master?s degree (minimum) or higher (PhD preferred but not mandatory) in: Chemistry/Chemical Sciences (Organic, Physical, Inorganic, Industrial Chemistry or
- Biological Sciences/Lifesciences (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Botany, Zoology, or related fields)

Role Overview

This is a customer-facing pre-sales role supporting Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) solutions. The candidate will work closely with sales and client teams. The role involves travel across key pharmaceutical and life sciences hubs in India, including Bangalore, Pune, Gujarat, and other regions as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective clients to understand scientific workflows and business requirements
- Support pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses and solution documentation
- Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to tailor solutions for customer needs




- Provide domain expertise in laboratory workflows (chemical and/or biological sciences)
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and on-site engagements

Educational Qualifications

- Master?s degree (minimum) or higher (PhD preferred but not mandatory) in:
- Chemistry/Chemical Sciences (Organic, Physical, Inorganic, Industrial Chemistry)

or
- Biological Sciences/Lifesciences (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Botany, Zoology, or related fields)

Desired Skills & Experience

- Wet lab experience (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with ELN/LIMS systems (preferred)
- Prior experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing role (preferred)
- Solid communication and presentation skills
