Job Summary

We are seeking a confident, customer-focused, and proactive Full Cycle Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for client requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting and be comfortable working closely with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

This role requires strong communication skills, ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding follow-up.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, referrals, social networking platforms, and other sourcing channels.
- Identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening through phone and video interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional candidate care and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process.




- Share regular hiring updates, pipeline reports, market insights, and recruitment progress with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Work in a target-driven environment while maintaining recruitment quality and candidate experience.
- Continuously improve recruitment effectiveness through feedback implementation and process enhancement.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 2+ years of recruitment experience with exposure to full-cycle recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering a white-glove candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
- Ability to accept and implement feedback effectively.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Minimum 60% aggregate across 10th, 12th (PUC), and Graduation.
- For recent graduates, all semester mark sheets must be available and there should be no active backlogs.

Work Schedule

Night Shift (Flexible):

- 5:30 PM / 6:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM / 3:30 AM IST
- 7:00 PM / 8:00 PM IST to 4:00 AM / 8:00 AM IST
- 8:30 PM / 9:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM / 6:30 AM IST

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
