What You'll Do

- Call prospective students and respond to inbound enquiries
- Understand students' educational goals and career aspirations
- Counsel students on suitable courses, universities, colleges and educational services
- Explain available counselling and admission support packages
- Convert qualified enquiries into successful enrolments
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Follow up with interested leads until closure
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
- Achieve individual performance and conversion targets
- Deliver a professional experience throughout the counselling journey

Skills We're Looking For

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Hindi or a regional language is a strong plus
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills
- A target-driven, self-motivated attitude
- A customer-first mindset
- Basic computer knowledge




- Comfort working in a fast-paced workplace

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Performance Incentive Program Details

On top of your fixed monthly salary, you can participate in BES's Performance Incentive Program. Depending on your campaign, you can earn incentives based on successful sales, admissions, package conversions, revenue generated, quality standards, productivity and other performance parameters shared with you at the time of assignment

- Incentives are variable and directly tied to performance there is no fixed cap on what you can earn
- Incentive structures, commission percentages, targets and payout methods may vary by campaign
- Incentive plans may be introduced, revised or updated by the Company based on business needs
- Incentives are paid out once eligibility conditions and performance criteria are met
- Incentives are separate from your fixed salary and do not form part of guaranteed compensation or statutory benefits
- Payouts are subject to management approval and verification of successful transactions
