TCS is looking for experienced SAP QM Consultants with strong expertise in Quality Management processes, inspection planning, quality control, and integration with SAP ERP modules. The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP QM solutions to improve product quality, compliance, and business efficiency across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Key Skills Required
Strong experience in SAP Quality Management (SAP QM)
Hands-on expertise in SAP QM configuration and implementation
Experience in Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, and Quality Control processes
Strong knowledge of Inspection Types,
Inspection Plans, Sampling Procedures, and MICs (Master Inspection Characteristics)
Experience in Quality Notifications and Quality Certificates
Hands-on experience with Vendor Quality Management and Procurement Quality processes
Robust understanding of Defect Recording, Corrective Actions, and Root Cause Analysis
Experience in Batch Management and Integration with SAP MM, PP, and WM/EWM
Knowledge of Audit Management and Compliance Processes
Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement initiatives
Strong understanding of Master Data Management in SAP QM
