Role: SQA Establish and review the project Quality plans and strategies for achieving goals

Project initiations and setup for current projects in JIRA

Understand customer processes & enable the projects to be compliant

Customer interactions on Process Harmonization.

Analyse & communicate process improvements with the customers.

Process tailoring for projects

Support to team members on Project Management, Configuration Management, Code quality Tools.

Project performance?analysis and corrective actions

Conduct project assessments / audits.

Performance analysis of Projects, accounts and Business units

Facilitating process improvement plans Support on org / Business unit level Process Improvement initiatives

Conduct trainings on Quality Process orientation, Project Management training, Estimation etc.





Manage the Business Unit level Dashboards & MIS.

Skill Set

Requirements 12-15 years of experience?in software industry experience.

Know-how of the product & captive industries.

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, CMMI, Six sigma

SCRUM (Agile) methodology

Passion for quality assurance of end-user applications Experience in diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving project performance issues Familiarity with Code quality, statistical analysis tools

Comfort working in a distributed team

Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills ISO 9001:2015,CMMI,Software Quality,JIRA,Azure,Agile Methodology
