About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical finance professional to join us as Manager / AVP – Finance & Credit. This is an end-to-end ownership role where you'll independently evaluate lending opportunities, conduct financial and business due diligence, present recommendations to the Credit Committee, oversee transaction execution, and manage borrower relationships post-disbursement.

This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy taking ownership, making commercial decisions, and working closely with businesses to structure and monitor high-quality credit transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete lifecycle of credit transactions—from initial evaluation to final closure.

- Conduct detailed financial statement analysis, cash flow assessment, ratio analysis, and credit underwriting.

- Perform business and promoter due diligence, including site visits and stakeholder interactions.

- Structure lending transactions by recommending pricing, tenure, collateral, and covenants.





- Prepare detailed credit notes and present recommendations to the Credit Committee.

- Coordinate documentation, security creation, and disbursement processes.

- Manage borrower relationships after disbursement and monitor portfolio performance.

- Track repayments, identify early warning signals, and ensure timely collections.

- Mentor junior finance associates and contribute to strengthening underwriting frameworks and internal processes.

Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute.

- Minimum 3 years of post-MBA experience in:
- NBFCs

- Banks

- Private Credit

- Structured Finance

- SME/Corporate Lending

- FinTech Lending

- Investment Banking

- Solid hands-on experience in:

- Credit underwriting

- Financial statement analysis

- Credit appraisal

- Due diligence

- Transaction structuring

- Credit committee presentations

- Excellent Excel, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- High ownership mindset with strong commercial judgment and attention to detail.
