Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end mall operations and facility management.

- Manage Mall P&L;, CAM budgets, financial planning, and cost optimization.

- Drive leasing coordination, tenant relationship management, and commercial performance.

- Oversee housekeeping, security, engineering, parking, and vendor management.

- Ensure statutory compliance, audits, fire & safety standards, and operational SOPs.

- Enhance customer experience through operational excellence, marketing initiatives, and process improvements.

- Lead and develop high-performing teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience

- 812 years of experience in shopping mall management, retail operations, commercial real estate, hospitality, or large-format retail.

- Proven experience managing mall operations, budgets, tenant relationships, and customer service.

- Solid understanding of commercial leasing, facilities management, and retail business operations.
