Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage intercompany accounting processes, including reconciliations and fixed asset accounting.

- Oversee record to report (RTR) team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of projects related to RTR.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in Record To Report (RTR), Intercompany Accounting, or similar roles.

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).

- Solid knowledge of SAP systems and ability to work on fixed assets module.

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate financial reporting.
