Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for S2P processes.
- Work closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Analyze and optimize Source-to-Pay processes, including Procurement, Purchasing,
- Vendor Management, and Invoice Processing.
- Configure and support ServiceNow modules related to procurement and workflow automation.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement
- Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Support UAT planning, test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.
- Provide post-implementation support and documentation.

Required Skills





- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P)/Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with ServiceNow Procurement Operations or related modules.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
- ServiceNow certification is an added advantage.
- Domain experience in Procurement or Supply Chain is preferred.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
