Job Summary:

We are seeking an Operations & Loan Processing Manager to oversee end-to-end loan operations, ensuring effective processing, documentation, disbursement, and servicing while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Manage end-to-end loan processing from application to disbursement.
- Verify customer documentation and operational compliance.
- Ensure timely loan disbursements within defined TATs.
- Oversee post-disbursement activities including documentation, custody, and record management.
- Monitor operational SLAs and process efficiency.
- Coordinate with credit, sales, legal, and collections teams.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and customer experience.
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal controls.

Preferred Experience: 5-8 years in NBFC/Bank loan operations
