Responsibilities

- Provide legal support for indirect procurement by reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
- Draft, review, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Manage Powers of Attorney (PoAs) across our global company portfolio.
- Advise on Indian corporate law and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support corporate governance activities and potentially take on the role of Company Secretary for the Indian entity.
- Partner with business teams to identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Support post-merger integration projects when required.
- Assist with legal compliance, governance initiatives, and special projects.

Our requirements

- Masters Degree in Law (LLM) or equivalent.




- 3-5 years of experience with a reputable law firm or an international organization.
- Solid knowledge of Indian Company Law.
- Experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
