Role & responsibilities

- Operate the reach truck safely to move pallets and materials within the warehouse.
- Load, unload, stack, and retrieve goods from high-rise racking systems.
- Perform put-away, replenishment, picking, and dispatch activities as per warehouse requirements.
- Ensure accurate handling of inventory and update transactions through the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or handheld scanner.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections of the reach truck and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
- Follow warehouse SOPs, safety procedures at all times.
- Ensure proper stacking of materials to prevent product damage.
- Assist in cycle counts, physical inventory, and stock verification activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area (5S).
- Support loading and unloading operations as required.
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and inventory teams for smooth operations.
- Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)



and comply with all safety regulations.
- Report accidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, or damaged goods immediately.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum Graduate or equivalent.
- Valid Reach Truck/Forklift Operator certification or license (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling.
- 2 - 5 years of experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse, logistics, 3PL, FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in operating reach trucks in narrow aisles and high-rack storage.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and WMS.
- Ability to read labels, bin locations, and pick lists.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
