Job Purpose: Act as the intake owner for all requisitions within the assigned segment; validate headcount plan, grade, budget, and hiring manager; decide sourcing mix and break the work into tasks for Sourcing/Screening, Scheduling, and Offer Management; track E2E status, remove bottlenecks, and serve as the single point of contact for business HR and HODs.
Experience & Qualification:
- Graduate / Post Graduate – preferably in HR
- Experience in hiring healthcare hiring preferred
- 6–10 years in TA with strong clientfacing coordination; highvolume hiring for Nursing/Para or critical/managerial roles for Admin.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Requisition Intake & Planning
- Validate requisitions (HC plan, grade, budget, hiring manager) and prioritize per business need.
- Decide sourcing channels and capacity needs for each requisition; initiate tasks in Sphere
2. Pipeline Ownership & Bottleneck Removal
- Track movement across screening, interviews, offers and onboarding; transparent blocks quickly with Ops and business.
- Maintain visibility on pass/fail/dropoff to drive timely decisions.
3. Stakeholder & Candidate Experience
- Serve as SPOC for Unit HR, HODs, interview panel; ensure smooth, professional candidate communications through the process.
Key Deliverables / Success Metrics
- SLA adherence by requisition, including TAT per stage.
- Funnel health and conversion (screen -> interview -> offer -> join), Offer acceptance, and reduced dropoffs.
- Stakeholder satisfaction (Unit HR/HODs) and firsttimeright requisitions (complete intake).
