Key Responsibilities:

- Infra Availability /Uptime: Uptime of Infra
- Operational Excellence: Reduction in service & non-serving impacting incidents, ensuring 99.999% uptime
- Operational excellence (PM -OEM & inhouse, Battery discharge Test, LA, SPD, DR test) & Predictive maintenance and improvement plans
- Alarm Netcool integration and Testing with NOC, Current Product development and digitization
- Sustainability & Process Simplification: End to End Process re-look & Refresh
- Risk mitigation & Climate proofing Site Process & Guidelines (White paper, SOP's, Work permits, Check sheets, MOP's, BAISP amendment, SOD approvals)
- Infra in Basement lifting, Climate Proofing
- Audit & Blueprint: Audit Gaps control
- Blueprint Built: Operational Equipment Audits & Gap Analysis (PAC, FSS, DG controller, Earthing, HT Breakers, LA, UPS, SMPS, PLC, DG Alternator)
- Audit management and closure (Surprise Audit, Physical Audit, Safety Learning)
- Blueprint implementation and control
- Site Hygiene & Future Plan: SPOF & Hygiene
- RFAI control Single Point of Failure and Risk Analysis, Power & Fiber cable separation
- Future Plan of RFAI
- Site Hygiene

Infra Operations Index Improvement

- Infra uptime (MPLS+REG) / site




- 2.Reduction of Service and Non-Service impacting incidence
- Single Point of Failure Risk Analysis and Removal

Operational Excellence

- Infra PM (MPLS+ Core), REG /MPLS - 100% (OEM & In-house) and Predictive maintenance as per defined schedule
- Site Opex control - DG & EB consumption, PUE/CPH: Regional Average control over last FY
- Asset Validation and AMC renewals and validity to be ensured - 100%
- Site Lease renewal - 100% before expiry of validity
- Statutory Compliance, Waste Lube Oil disposal (ESG Compliance),F&S; Equipment's replacement
- Proactive Hygiene actions by Virtual/Physical Site Visit/Audit and 100 %Snag point closer of Site, Scrap Material removal from Site

Infra Capacity Management

- Infra utilization Monitoring & timely Upgradation as per internal Customer requirement
- EOL replacement of Infra Equipment with performance testing as per Infra White Paper - 100%
- MPLS / Critical sites Infra redundancy - 100%

Opex Productivity & WoW Tracks

- Proactive actions to protect against Climate Proofing of Sites
- Solar & Open Access implementation of Sites
- De-averaging of Rack and Power as per actual lay outing/Allocation
- Site Visit, Validation of Processes , Audit management and closure
- 100% Alarms Extension and testing as per site type guidelines
