Job Summary:

As a Sales and Operations Lead at Supernan, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth by managing day-to-day operations. We are looking for a candidate comfortable with working in the second shift - 12 to 10 PM, Monday to Saturday. We are looking for someone with a focus on ensuring a magic experience for the parents on our platform. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining service quality, supervising childcare bookings, ensuring technological efficacy and leading both supply and demand generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookings Management:

Ensure punctuality and protocol adherence by nannies.

Engage with parents to resolve queries, gather feedback, manage disputes, and facilitate nannies in improving their service delivery.

Build strong relationships with nannies so they trust you and will listen to you.

Nanny Supply Chain:

Interview potential nannies, both online and offline.

Manage processes at the Supply Hub in HSR layout

Demand Generation:





Cultivate demand by engaging with parents through video interviews, solving parent queries over phone, whatsapp or email

Qualifications:

Proficient in English, Kannada and Hindi.

Based in south Bangalore

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Tech native, very comfortable with technology

Ability to solve problems efficiently and handle disputes diplomatically.
