Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying MERN (Mean) stack applications on AWS cloud platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop technical roadmaps for implementation.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and security.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in MEAN stack technologies (MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS).
- Solid understanding of AWS services including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, Lambda functions etc.
- Proven track record as a Technical Lead or similar role leading large-scale software development projects.
