Job Purpose

This role is responsible to drive the debt management for Three-Wheeler Loan at the regional level and ensure sustainability of the business through timely debt management & recovery.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and train the debt management team for effective debt management & recovery
- Monitor & review the activities of the regional debt management team for achievement of debt management targets
- Ensure adherence to debt management processes in the region, i.e., system allocation, tracking, monitoring delayed cash deposition; identifying & reporting fraudulent practices
- Implement debt management strategies at the regional level for efficient debt management and recovery of outstanding loans
- Authorize payouts and roll out debt management payout structure policy
- Monitor and ensure adherence to debt management process and take preventive action against erring agencies / agents; discontinue agencies based on performance
- Ensure cost effective debt management in the region; test and implement different debt management models such as tele calling, etc.
- Act as a SPOC between Legal,



Residual & Debt management team
- Partner with regional sales & credit team to ensure quality sourcing
- Analyze debt management patters, identify trouble spots in the ongoing programs, and coordinate with the Program Head for taking corrective actions
- Ensure effective debt management from DCC and micro market
- Ensure all higher bucket accounts with outstanding amounts are actioned legally
- Minimize loss on sale of repossessed vehicles; monitor the loss line provision from time to time

Job Requirements:

- Post Graduate / MBA
- 12-15 years of experience in handling Retail / Commercial Loan Debt Management
- Ability to work with integrated systems used for tracking & monitoring Debt Management
- Analytics and Market Intelligence
