Company: Madhouse Mafia (for creator Aly Hajiani / That Credit Card Guy) Location: Mumbai (Andheri West) — Full time, on-site Department: Content Production About The Role That Credit Card Guy (Aly Hajiani) is looking for a dedicated Long-Form Video Editor to handle editing for YouTube videos, podcasts, and long-form content. You'll work directly with Aly and the content team to turn raw footage into polished, high-retention long-form videos on a consistent posting schedule.

Key Responsibilities Edit long-form YouTube videos and podcast episodes (15–30 min formats)

Structure pacing, story flow, and retention-driven edits for long-form watch-time

Sync multi-cam and multi-mic footage from interview/podcast shoots

Add graphics, lower-thirds, captions, B-roll, and sound design as needed

Color grade and maintain consistent visual quality across videos

Incorporate feedback rounds quickly and manage revisions

Organize and manage project files, footage, and version control

Deliver on a consistent,



fast-turnaround publishing schedule Requirements 1–3 years of experience editing long-form video (YouTube, podcasts, or similar)

Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve

Understanding of pacing and storytelling for long-form retention (distinct from short-form/reels editing)

Experience editing interview/podcast-style multi-cam content

Working knowledge of color grading and basic sound design

Strong portfolio/reel of long-form edited work required

Ability to manage deadlines and quick turnarounds Good to Have Experience editing finance or credit card/personal finance content

Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects)
