- Develop and implement software quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases to ensure that software products meet functional and performance requirements.
- Identify and document software defects and issues, and work with development teams to prioritize and resolve them.
- Analyze software quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop reports to communicate findings to management and other stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure that quality assurance is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
