People and Culture Executive The Hoxton Bengaluru City Ennismore - Bengaluru

Responsibilities

- Support the day-to-day People & Culture operations, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and team events.
- Support induction programmes for new Heartists and ensure a seamless joining experience.
- Coordinate performance review documentation, employee recognition programmes and talent initiatives.
- Assist managers with employee queries and help maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support community engagement initiatives under The Hoxtons "Do More" programme.
- Contribute to People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or People & Culture, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Experience with engagement activities, onboarding and HR administration will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems is preferred.
