Responsibilities

Temperature & Humidity monitoring:

- Daily Temperature & Humidity data record, review of all stability chambers
- Stability Chamber alarm acknowledgment and understanding the reason for the alarm
- Any deviation in the Temperature & Humidity immediately inform managers and also intimate the service provider to be on-site for resolution and coordinate activity till completion.
- Any deviation in the Temperature & Humidity for less than 24 Hours, enter the details in the assessment form which shall be verified by PQ, and if more than 24 hours then initiate NCR with justification
- After holidays/weekends once we resume office verify the chamber Temperature & Humidity and any deviation than the specified limit for more than 24hours then initiate NCR
- Monthly Temperature & Humidity data review, Approval & archival in the respective folder




- Any deviation in the Temperature & Humidity immediately inform managers and also intimate the service provider to be in office for resolution and coordinate activity till completion and any deviation in the Temperature & Humidity for more than 24hours initiate NCR with justification

Sample handling

- Verify the sample labels/quantity/color coding against the respective stability protocol and own the responsibility
- Stability loading sample into respective stability chambers and make necessary entries in the respective logbooks
- unloading samples from respective stability chambers and making necessary entries in the respective logbooks
- Dropped out strategies/samples which are no more required into the stability chambers to be removed with concurrence from respective managers
- Initiate the destruction procedure of these samples as per Baxter procedure
- Samples which are NDPS related consent to be taken from GAPP/F&D; Managers/SOP driven

Vendor Communication

- Tracking and Co-ordination with Vendor for sensor (temperature/humidity sensors) Calibration activity - Outside service provider limit
- Preventive maintenance (yearly), AMC, qualification to be coordinated with the service provider and tracked till completion
- Any deviation/alarm we need acknowledge first with proper justification and then communicate to the vendor for resolution
- Coordinate and present along with service engineer till the activity completion

Sourcing

- Procurement related activity for spares & service (Generation/Tracking PR/PO for any Machine part or accessories)
- Keep additional consumables to address any major breakdown to resolve issue on-time

Cleaning

- Verify the cleanliness of the stability chambers as per SOP on a daily basis and record in the respective logbook
