Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute bancassurance sales strategies to achieve business targets through partnerships with banks.
- Identify current opportunities for cross-selling insurance products to bank customers, increasing revenue growth.
- Manage a team of sales representatives to ensure effective execution of sales plans and provide coaching for improvement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in banca or branch banking, insurance sales, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of bancassurance sales principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with ability to motivate teams.
