Looking for candidates who have current/ past Hands On Experience on UK and Gulf Talent Acquisition
Preferably require candidates who have done Masters Education from UK.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Understanding the Requirement and Working on JD
- Sourcing Profiles
- Stakeholder Management
- End to End Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment
- Working on HRMS Tools (Eg. Oracle Fusion/ HCM, Workday, Success Factors)
- Working on Data and Dashboards
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates who have done Masters Education from UK will be preferred
- Candidate must have excellent Communication Skills
- Candidate must have solid current/ past experience of doing Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Stakeholder Management
- Candidate must have Hands On Proficiency of working on HRMS Tool like Oracle Fusion/ HCM or any other similar tool.
- Candidates having past experience on doing UK/ Gulf Hiring will be preferred
