Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Principal Architect to lead architectural design and development for large-scale residential, commercial, and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, excellent design expertise, and experience in managing projects from concept development through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the architectural design team and oversee multiple projects.
- Develop and review concept designs, master plans, detailed designs, and construction drawings.
- Ensure architectural designs meet project requirements, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with project management and site execution teams to resolve design-related issues.
- Review contractor submissions, RFIs, shop drawings, and technical queries.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities when required.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to architects and design teams.




- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
- Drive innovative, sustainable, functional, and cost-effective architectural solutions.

Qualification

- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognised institution.
- Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction, materials, and building regulations.

Experience

- 10+ years of relevant experience in architecture and real estate/construction.
- Experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial, or integrated development projects.
- Proven experience in leading architectural teams and coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent design and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and other architectural software.
- Valuable understanding of construction detailing and project execution.
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of statutory approvals and local building regulations.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in large-scale residential developments, villas, gated communities, townships, and premium real estate projects will be preferred.
