We are seeking a dynamic Person to manage secured or unsecured loan portfolios of our Client. You will evaluate financial profiles, assess risks, and guide clients through the lending process.

Your role is crucial in balancing asset-backed security with credit-based risk.

Job Locations : All Major Cities of Karnataka.

Open Positions : Multiple Positions are opened in Sales, Marketing and Operations.

Key Responsibilities Secured Lending Duties :

Evaluate collateral value like property, vehicles, or gold.

Verify legal ownership and titles of pledged assets.

Coordinate with third-party asset appraisers and legal teams.

Manage loan-to-value (LTV) ratios within risk limits.

Oversee asset foreclosure processes if a default occurs.

Experience of Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Mortgage Loan, Vehicle Loan, Gold Loan, Loan Against Securities, Loan Against Bond.

Key Responsibilities Unsecured Lending Duties :

Analyze credit scores, histories, and repayment capacities closely.

Evaluate steady income sources and employment stability patterns.

Assess debt-to-income (DTI) ratios for risk mitigation.

Issue credit cards, personal loans, and student loans.

Apply strict underwriting guidelines without relying on collateral.

Experience of Personal Loan, Credit Card Loan, Consumer Durable Loan, Education Loan.





General Responsibilities :

Cultivate new client relationships through active market prospecting.

Guide applicants through the entire loan application lifecycle.

Compile comprehensive financial packages for the underwriting team.

Cross-sell relevant financial products like insurance or accounts.

Maintain compliance with banking regulations and privacy laws.

Requirements

Required Qualifications - Any Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in retail financing.

Strong understanding of credit scoring and risk analysis.

Proficiency in loan origination software and CRM tools.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Locality : Knowledge of Local areas and Geography.

Languages : Hindi, English and Regional

CIBIL : Must have a Good CIBIL Score.

Notice Period : Immediate joiners or less than 30days notice preferred.

Stability : Must Not be a frequent job changer.

Must have own conveyance & a valid driving license.
