Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai for a Lithium Battery Expert on the manufacturing line. The role involves overseeing production processes for LiFePO4 cells, monitoring line performance, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

The expert will troubleshoot manufacturing issues, optimize process parameters, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement improvements. Daily responsibilities include supervising equipment setup, guiding operators, reviewing production data,



and ensuring compliance with relevant technical and regulatory requirements. The role also includes training line staff on best practices and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in battery manufacturing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Manufacturing, Manufacturing Operations, and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Training skills.
- Solid understanding of lithium battery chemistry, cell assembly processes, and quality control methodologies.
- Experience in high-volume production environments, preferably within battery or electronics manufacturing.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
