Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Linux / Unix Administrator with 4-6 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Linux (RHEL), Oracle Linux, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), OS patching, troubleshooting, and L2 support. Experience with automation tools and ITSM processes is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 support for Linux and Unix infrastructure.

- Perform system administration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Administer and support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.

- Plan and execute OS patching and lifecycle management activities.

- Resolve incidents and service requests while ensuring SLA compliance.

- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.

- Implement automation using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.





- Participate in transition, optimization, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Linux/Unix system administration.

- Strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Oracle Linux.

- Hands-on experience with OS patching, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.

- Experience administering Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

- Knowledge of automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

- Experience with Red Hat Satellite Server 6 for patch and lifecycle management.

- Working knowledge of ServiceNow, PuTTY, Orion, and Centrify.

- Valuable understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill.
