Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Lawyer to manage all legal aspects related to real estate projects. The candidate will ensure compliance with property laws, handle documentation, and provide legal guidance for smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as sale deeds, lease agreements, MOUs, agreements to sale, and development agreements
- Conduct due diligence and title verification of land and properties
- Ensure compliance with local property laws, RERA regulations, and other statutory requirements
- Liaise with government authorities, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies
- Handle property registration, documentation, and approvals
- Manage litigation matters and coordinate with external lawyers if required
- Provide legal support to sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Maintain records of all legal documents and agreements
- Identify legal risks and suggest mitigation strategies




- Knowledge of APF ( Approved Project Finance)

Required Qualifications:

- LLB / LLM degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in real estate or property law
- Strong knowledge of property laws, land acquisition, and RERA compliance
- Experience in handling legal documentation and registrations

Key Skills:

- Solid drafting and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in real estate companies or law firms handling property matters
- Familiarity with local land laws and municipal procedures
- Good networking with legal and government authorities
