JOB ROLE- Legal Counsel

LOCATION- Banglore

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage litigation matters across India before Labour Courts, Industrial Courts, District Courts, High Courts, and other judicial forums.
- Handle arbitration proceedings and coordinate with external counsels.
- Draft and review pleadings, legal notices, responses, affidavits, claims, defenses, and other litigation documents.
- Advise internal stakeholders on litigation strategy, risk assessment, evidence management, and legal compliance.
- Handle employment and labour law matters, including industrial disputes, disciplinary proceedings, union issues, and labour law compliance.
- Draft and review disciplinary documents such as show cause notices, charge sheets, termination, discharge, and dismissal orders.
- Independently draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, SLAs,



consultancy agreements, service agreements, employment contracts, licensing agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Prepare litigation reports for senior management and support audit requirements.
- Review Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and provide basic support on data privacy and data protection compliance.

Preferred Skills:

- Solid experience in Litigation, Arbitration, and Employment Law.
- Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and legal advisory skills.
- Working knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements.
- Ability to independently manage multiple matters across jurisdictions.
