Responsibilities
- Review, draft, negotiate and vet commercial agreements (including SaaS, DPA, MSAs, NDA)
- Contribute to internal compliance and risk management frameworks.
- Support on updating vendor registration forms.
- Liase with the internal stakeholders on a need basis.
- Maintain up to date internal tracker and documentation of deliverables.
- Sanity check of the final drafts, execution and documentation.
Requirements-
- 3-4 years of experience, with a keen interest to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation.
- Understanding of Software licensing (SaaS), technology transfers and data privacy.
- Transparent and confident with the ability to manage multiple tasks which are assigned.
- Ability to simplify legal concepts for non-legal teams.
