A strong general corporate advisory foundation, with the ability to give practical legal opinions on day-to-day business matters.

The judgement to independently identify legal and commercial risk - and the maturity to offer solutions, not just objections.

Comfort working closely with business, finance, operations, product, and cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.

Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
