Role: Hiring Learning Operations Specialist role in Tech Talent Team

Location: Bengaluru, India

Work Model: In office, 5 days per week in office

Coverage: Asia- 9AM-6PM

Employment Type: 12 Months Contract-FTC

Notice: Immediate-30 Days

Required Candidate Profile

- 6-10 years of experience in Training Operations, Program Coordination and Administrative role.
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Operations, HR, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or similar collaboration tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to support activities outside regular working hours, as and when required for Asia regional coverage.
