- Storage, backup, DR, and high availability solutions
- ITSM, SLA/KPI management, and incident/problem management
- SOC operations, SIEM, threat intelligence
- Vulnerability management and remediation programs
- Information Security, Governance & Compliance

Experience

- 15-20+ years in IT, infrastructure, and security roles
- 5+ years in leadership or management positions
- Solid exposure to information security, audits, and compliance
- Experience operating in regulated or enterprise environments

Preferred Certifications (Optional)

- PMP
- CEH / CISM / cissp
- CISA / CCNA
- ITIL
