Key Responsibilities

- Create and update Purchase Orders (POs) in Odoo ERP.
- Process Sales Orders from creation through dispatch.
- Create Manufacturing Orders based on operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Record stock movements, warehouse transfers, and inter-store transfers.
- Update inward, outward, dispatch, and transfer transactions in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with warehouse, store, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Verify documents and transaction details before system entry.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in Odoo.
- Support inventory reconciliation and stock verification activities.
- Identify and report data discrepancies to the reporting manager.
- Maintain organized records of warehouse transactions and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- 03 years of experience in Data Entry, Warehouse Operations, Inventory,



or ERP-related roles.
- Freshers with solid computer knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse and inventory processes is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work from the Bagalur Warehouse.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with Odoo ERP or any ERP software.
- Knowledge of Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Inventory Management, and Stock Transfers.
- Experience in warehouse documentation and dispatch processes.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
